About Dr. Binns

Dr. Everitt F. Binns, a seasoned executive with over 45 years of experience, serves as the CEO of Binns and Associates LLC, a prominent consulting firm. Specializing in health care, emergency services, corporate, and higher education, Dr. Binns is nationally recognized for his expertise in management and educational emergency services consulting. With over 50 years of experience in Emergency Services, he played a pivotal role as the Incident Commander/Leader during national PA EMS Strike Team Deployments for Hurricanes Katrina and Gustov/Rita.

Dr. Binns has been instrumental in developing educational programs and accreditation practices, notably contributing to the creation of the 22-hour Incident Command System for EMS program at the National Fire Academy. His extensive background includes roles as Operations Supervisor/EMS Chief at Grand View Health EMS and Executive Director/CEO of the Eastern Pennsylvania Emergency Medical Services Council for over two decades. In the latter position, he oversaw a vast region, serving a population of two million and managing a comprehensive emergency medical services network.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Binns has a rich history of community service. He currently volunteers on various community boards and organizations, such as Hospital Central Services and Miller-Keystone Blood Center. Additionally, he serves as the President of the Commons at Parkside Homeowners Association, reflecting his commitment to community engagement and leadership.

William M. Wells, Sr. Ed.

William "Bill" Wells Sr. is a public high school teacher for the Technical College High School- Brandywine. Bill's title is Allied Health Science-Emergency Medical Technician Instructor. He is an active EMS professional certified as a Pennsylvania EMT-Paramedic and EMT Instructor. He has extensive experience teaching EMT and paramedic students for over thirty-two (32) years. He has additional experience teaching advanced emergency services practitioners, including physicians, nurses, firefighters, emergency management, and law enforcement professionals. He also teaches general public safety and first aid courses.

Academically, Bill holds an undergraduate degree from West Chester University in Health Science. He also has a Master's degree in Education from Concordia University in Curriculum and Instruction, and he is currently completing a second M.ED. in Career and Technical Education from Temple University. Mr. Wells plans to complete his E.D. after his temple program. He has a PA Vocational (1) teaching license.

Mr. Wells has taught many subject areas, including cardiology, pharmacology, endocrinology, and much more. This educator has written instructional programs and researched the laws regarding the scope of practice issues and legal ramifications of matters regarding legal consent.

Bill spends his free time with family. He also enjoys reading and watching movies. He also is employed by Uwchlan Ambulance as the Executive Director of Training Education.
